PALAK GOBI

Ingredients :

Spinach leaves finely chopped – 1 cup
Cauliflower flowerets – 2 cups
Salt to taste
Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Dhania powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Amchur masala – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp

Method :

1)     Soak cauliflower flowerets in hot salted water for half hour
2)     In a pan take oil and splutter jeera, add turmeric powder
3)     Add spinach leaves and sauté, add salt
4)     Drain the cauliflower and add this to the spinach mixture
5)     Cover and cook
6)     Add chilli powder, garam masala, dhaniya powder and mix well
7)     Add the amchur masala, sauté for a minute
8)     Serve hot with rotis and dal.
