Ingredients :
Maida – 1 and ½ cups
Sugar – 2/3 cup
Mango puree – 1 cup
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Soda – a pinch
Oil – 1/3 cup
Milk – 1/3 cup
Vanilla essence (optional) – 1 tsp
Method :
1)
In a wide mixing bowl add the mango puree, oil, sugar, milk
and vanilla essence and mix well till sugar dissolves
2)
Add maida mixed with soda and baking powder and fold
lightly to mix well
3)
Pour this into a greased cake tin or muffin tin
4)
Sprinkle sugar sprinklers
5)
Bake in 180 degrees for 20-30 mins
