EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients :

Whole wheat flour – 130 gms
Brown sugar – 3 tbsp
Chocolate chips – 4 tbsp
Baking soda – ¼ tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Curd – 1 tbsp
Whole milk – 6-7 tbsp
Vinegar – ½ tsp
Vanilla essence – ½ tsp

Method :

1)     In a wide mixing bowl add  oil, curd, milk, vinegar, essence, sugar and beat well
2)     Add the wheat flour in which baking soda has been mixed well
3)     Add the chocolate chips and mix lightly with the hand to form a sticky dough
4)     Make small balls, flatten it and line it in a greased tray
5)     Bake for 15-20 mins in 200 degrees preheated owen
