SUMMER SALAD

Ingredients :

Peanuts soaked in water overnight – 4 tbsps
Rajma soaked in water overnight – 4 tbsp
Chick peas soaked in water overnight – 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Green chillies finely chopped – 3
Tomatoes deseeded and chopped fine – 1 big
Capsicum deseeded and chopped fine – ¼
Pepper – ½ tsp

Method :

1)     Pressure cook the 3 pulses in the cooker till done, drain the water
2)     In a plate mix tomatoes, salt, green chillies and pepper
3)     In a mixing bowl, add the pulses, tomato mixture, capsicum and toss well
4)     You can add lemon juice which is optional
