Ingredients :
Moong dal soaked in hot water for half hour – ¼ cup
Grated carrots – 1/2 cup
Finely cut cucumber – ½ cup
Salt to taste
Lemon juice – 1
To temper :
Oil – ½ tsp
Rai – 1 tsp
Finely chopped green chillies – 1
Method :
1)
Drain the water from the moong dal, add in a wide bowl
2)
Add the carrots, cucumber, salt, lemon juice and mix
well
3)
In a pan take oil splutter rai and chillies
4)
Add this to the salad and mix well
