Ingredients :
Left over rice – 1 and ¼ cup
Finely grated cabbage – ¼ cup
Finely grated carrots – ¼ cup
Besan – ½ cup
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Wheat flour – ¼ cup
Salt to taste
Finely chopped green chillies – 4-5
Garlic chutney – ½ tsp
Finely chopped spring onions – ¼ cup
Curd or yoghurt – to bind the dough
Method :
1)
Mix all the ingredients to a tight dough (pls note that
yogurt will tend to leave out water)
2)
Drizzle some oil in a non stick pan
3)
Take a clean thick plastic sheet
4)
Apply some water
5)
Take a big ball of dough and flatten it on the plastic
6)
Life the plastic and remove the pancake and place it on
the pan and cook both sides till light brown and crispy
7)
Have this with chutney of your choice
