Ingredients :
Condensed milk – 200 ml (1/2 can)
Milk powder – 190 gms
Ghee – ½ tbsp.
Cardamom powder – a pinch
Saffron – a pinch
Hot milk – 3 tbsp
Pista slivers of charoli seeds – for garnishing
Method :
1)
Soak saffron in hot milk, keep aside
2)
In a micro safe bowl add the milk powder, condensed
milk, ghee, saffron milk and mix well making sure there are no lumps
3)
Micro on high for a min
4)
Mix well and add cardamom powder
5)
Micro it 30 secs at a time till you find it less of
moisture
6)
Once slightly warm make pedas and place 2-3 pista
slivers or charoli on top
