SRIKHAND

Ingredients :

Curd – 2 litres
Sugar – 1 and ½ cups
Saffron – ½ tsp
Charoli – 3 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp

Method :

1)     Hang the curd in a muslin cloth overnight till you get a thick curd mixture
2)     Take this mixture in a large mixing bowl, add saffron, sugar and mix well
3)     Keep beating and mixing well till you get a smooth creamy mixture
4)     Lastly add cardamom powder and charoli and refrigerate it
