EGGLESS CHOCOLATE BISCUIT CAKE

Ingredients :

Mixed biscuits – 2 cups
Lukewarm milk – 1 cup
Powdered sugar – 2 tbsps
Baking powder – ½ tsp
Vanilla – 1 tsp
Coco powder – 2tbsp
Almond flakes for decorating

Method :

1)     In a mixie powder the biscuits to a fine powder
2)     Take the biscuits in a mixing bowl add the sugar
3)     Add milk slowly beating it gently
4)     Add the vanilla essence and coco powder and mix well
5)     Just before putting in the greased tin, add the baking powder mix well
6)     Sprinkle the almond flakes and bake in 180 degrees preheated oven for 25 mins
