ALOO BEANS DRY SUBZI

Ingredients :

Boiled and cubed potatoes – 2 cups
Beans – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Dhania powder – 2 tsps

For tempering :

Oil – 1 tbsp
Jeer a- 1 tsp
Haldi powder – 1tsp

Method :

1)     In a pan take oil, splutter jeera and add haldi powder
2)     Cut beans into 1 inch pieces and microwave them till cooked
3)     Add the beans, salt and cook
4)     Add the boiled and cubed potatoes, chilli powder and coriander powder and mix well
5)     Cook till well blended
