YOGHURT-COCONUT POHA

Ingredients :

Poha – 1 cup
Watery yoghurt – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Hing – 1 tsp

For tempering :

Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Urad dal – 1 tsp
Red chillies – 4
Fresh grated coconut – 2 tbsp

Method :

1)     In a wide mixing bowl add the yoghurt, salt and hing and mix well
2)     Add the poha and soak in it till it gets swollen and ready to use
3)     In a pan take oil, splutter mustard seeds, red chillies and urad dal till it becomes light brown
4)     Add the soaked poha and sauté well, adjust salt
5)     Once done garnish with fresh grated coconut
