SIMPLE RAWA SPONGE CAKE - NO MAIDA

Ingredients :

Rawa – 2 cups
Milk – 1 cup
Curd – 1 cup
Powdered sugar – 1 and ½ cups
Ghee – 1 and ½ tbsp.
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Vanilla essence – ¼ tsp

Method :

1)     In a mixing bowl cream sugar and ghee
2)     Add the other ingredients and mix well
3)     Pour it into a greased tray and bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 mins
