Ingredients :
Wheat flour – 2 cups
Salt to taste
Corn kernels – ¼ cup
Green peas – ¼ cup
Onions – 1
Coriander leaves finely chopped – ¼ cup
Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Pav bhaji masala – 1 tbsp
Chaat masala – 2 tsps
Rice bran oil for sauteeing
Method :
1)
Put green peas, corn and onions in a chopper and chop
fine
2)
Add this to the wheat flour and add all the other
ingredients except oil
3)
Mash well.
4)
Add little water as the onions tend to leave out water
and make a nice pliable dough
5)
Make balls and roll into thick paratha and sauté it on
both sides.
6)
Serve hot with curd and pickle
