Ingredients :
Wheat flour – 3 cups
Desi ghee – 1 and 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar – 3 cup
Flax seeds powdered – ¼ cup
Gondh roasted in ½ tsp ghee and powdered
Almond and cashew coarse powder – ½ cup
Cardamom powder – 1tsp
Dry ginger powder – 1 tbsp
Method :
1)
In 1 cup of ghee roast the wheat flour till it becomes
nice and brown and leaves an aroma
2)
Keep this in a wide pan, add the almond and cashew
powder, gondh powder, flax seeds powder, cardamom powder, dry ginger powder and
mix well
3)
Add the powdered sugar once it becomes warm and mix
well
4)
Add ½ cup of hot ghee, mix and make laddoos
