Ingredients :
Moong sprouts – 1 cup
Finely chopped onions – 1
Finely chopped tomatoes – 1
Potatoes cubed – 1 medium
Salt to taste
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Jeera powder – 1 tsp
Goda masala – 2 tsps
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Finely chopped green chillies
– 2
Finely chopped coriander leaves
For tempering :
Oil – 1 tbsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Haldi powder – 1 tsp
Method :
1) In a pan take oil and temper jeera, add haldi powder
2) Add onions, ginger garlic green chillies and sauté till
light brown
3) Add the tomatoes and sauté till mushy
4) Add chilli powder, jeera powder, coriander powder,
goda masala and sauté well
5) Add potatoes and the moong sprouts, little water, salt
and cook till done (make sure you don’t add much water as it should not be a
gravy)
6) Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves
