Ingredients :
Dates deseeded and chopped – ¾ cup
Walnuts chopped – ¼ cup
Grated coconut – ¼ cup
Chocolate digestive biscuits or chocolate cream biscuits –
10 nos
Condensed milk – 200 gms (1/2 can)
Water – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Butter – 1 tbsp
Method :
1)
In a saucepan add butter, condensed milk, dates, water
and sugar and cook on slow flame for almost 7-8 mins till the dates melt
2)
Pulse the biscuits to a fine powder in a chopper
3)
Add the biscuits, walnuts, coconut and mix well till it
forms a tight mixture
Variation :

If the mixture is a bit loose, you can add more
walnuts or biscuits
·
Instead of using chocolate biscuits you can use
plain digestive and once you set the mixture, you can drizzle melted chocolate over
the bars before refrigerating.
