Ingredients :
Palak leaves – ½ bunch
Boiled potatoes – 1
Salt to taste
Chaat masala – 1 tbsp + for garnishing
Chilli powder – 1 tsp + for garnishing
Jeera powder – 1 tsp + for garnishing
Thick beaten curd – 1 cup
Corn flour – 5 tbsp
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Oil – for cooking
Finely chopped onions – for garnishing
Sev – for garnishing
Finely chopped coriander leaves -
Method :
1)
Blanch the palak leaves by boiling them and then
soaking them in cold water
2)
Chop the leaves finely and put it in a mixing bowl
3)
Add the boiled potatoes and mash both well
4)
Add salt, chilli powder, chaat masala, chilli powder,
jeera powder and mix well
5)
Add the corn flour and mix well
6)
Make small tikkis and cook them in a pan drizzled with
little oil
7)
Add sugar to the beaten curd
8)
Arrange the tikkis in a tray, add the beaten curd mixed
with sugar
9)
Garnish with chopped onions, sev and coriander leaves
