OATS RAISINS COOKIES

Ingredients :

Oats – ¾ cup
Wheat flour – ¼ cup
Demarara sugar – ¼ cup
Butter – 1.5 tbsp
Raisins – 1/3 cup
Vanilla essence – 2 tsps
Milk – 2 tbsps

Method :

1)     Powder the sugar in a mixie
2)     Put all the ingredients except milk in a mixing bowl and mix well
3)     Add the milk slowly and make a firm nice dough
4)     Make a ball and flatten it
5)     Line them in a greased baking tray and bake for 10 mins in 180 degrees
6)     Flip to the other side and bake for 7-10 mins in 160 degrees




Notes :

If you do not have demarara sugar, you can use the normal white sugar but demarara gives a good texture
The raisins will puff up whilst baking, but it would flatten once baked and cooled
