KHARI BISCUITS

Ingredients :

Puff pastry sheets – 4 sheets
Ghee for greasing the tray

Method :

1)     If you are using frozen puff pastry sheets keep them out for 4-5 hours
2)     Dust some flour on the platform, take 1 square sheet, cut it into 4 small squares
3)     Line these in a greased tray and bake first for 10 mins in 230 degrees preheated owen
4)     Flip the biscuits to the other side and bake them for 10 mins in 180 degrees till crisp.
5)     If you think it is soft from inside you can bake it for a further 5 mins in 160 degrees.




Variations :

You can twist the sheets and bake it to get a twisted khari
you can sprinkle zaatar or sugar to have a different taste
