EGGLESS BANANA CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Ingredients :

Bananas – 3 medium
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Chilled Whipping cream – 1 cup + 1 tbsp
Cooking chocolate – 1 cup
Cinnamon powder – 1 tsp
Instant coffee powder – 1 tsp

Method :

1)     In a vessel add the chocolate and 1 tbsp whipping cream and melt in double boiler, keep aside to cool
2)     In a mixie take chopped bananas, cinnamon powder and coffee powder and pulse it till smooth
3)     Add the whipping cream and pulse again for 2 mins
4)     Add the chocolate mixture and pulse it again for 3 mins
5)     Pour this mixture in shot glasses, garnish with chocolate shavings and serve chilled
