CAULIFLOWER AND MATAR KHEEMA

Ingredients :

Cauliflower grated – 2 cups
Frozen green peas – ¼ cup
Green chillies finely chopped  - 4
Ginger chopped fine – 1”
Garlic chopped fine – 1
Salt to taste
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Curd – 3 tbsp
Hing – 1 tsp

Method :

1)     In a pan take oil and splutter jeera
2)     Add the hing, green chillies, garlic and ginger and sauté for a minute
3)     Add the cauliflower and sauté for 1 minute
4)     Add salt, coriander powder, chilli powder, frozen peas and cover and sauté for another minute
5)     Add curd and cover and cook for 5-7 mins till it is cooked well
