SPICY MASALA BISCUITS

Ingredients :

Maida – 135 gms
Butter – 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
Green chillies finely chopped – 4
Coriander leaves finely chopped – 3 tbsp
Milk – 4 tbsp
Sugar – ½ tsp

Method :

1)     In a wide vessel add maida and butter and mix well to resemble bread crumbs
2)     Add sugar, salt, chillies, coriander leaves, sesame seeds and milk and form a firm smooth dough (thicker than chapathi dough)
3)     Roll it into a ¼ inch thickness roti and cut it with a designed cutter
4)     Line these next to each other in a greased baking tray
5)     Bake them in 180 degrees for 10-15 mins, keep watching it.
