Ingredients :
Cabbage grated – 2 cups
Frozen peas – ½ cup
Oil – 3 tbsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Finely chopped onions – 1 big
Finely chopped tomatoes – 1 big
Dhania powder – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Garam masala (optional) – 1 tsp
Method :
1)
In a pan take oil, splutter jeera
2)
Add the ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder
3)
Add the onions and sauté till light brown
4)
Add the tomatoes, salt and sauté till mushy
5)
Add chilli powder, dhania powder, cabbage and peas,
cover and cook
6)
Lastly add the garam masala and chopped coriander
leaves
