OATS SAVOURY BISCUITS

Ingredients :

Oats – ½ cup
Wheat flour or multigrain flour – ¾ cup
Salt to taste
Sugar – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
Mixed herbs – 1 tbsp
Freshly ground pepper – as per taste
Olive oil – 5 tbsp

Method :

1)     In a wide mixing bowl add the oats, salt, sugar and wheat flour and mix well
2)     Add the olive and other ingredients and mix well
3)     Add little water and make a firm dough, divide into 2 parts
4)     Take a butter paper, roll 1 part into a thick roti
5)     Take a designed cutter and make squares
6)     Prick it with the fork, line it in a greased baking tray and brush milk or oil
7)     Bake in a 170 Degree preheated owen for 20 mins till it becomes brown
