LAL BHAJI

Ingredients :

Lal bhaji – 1 bunch washed and chopped fine
Onion chopped fine – 1 big
Garlic chopped fine – 1
Potatoes cubed – 1
Jeera – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Dhania powder – 2 tsps
Amchur powder – 2 tsps

Method :

1)     In a pan  take oil and splutter jeera
2)     Add finely chopped onions and garlic and sauté well
3)     Add the potatoes, salt and cook till half done
4)     Add the chopped leaves and cover and cook till done
5)     Add chilli powder, dhania powder and amchur powder, sauté till well blended
