Ingredients :
Cornflakes – 4 cups
Peanuts – ½ cup
Chutney dal or roasted gram dal – ¼ cup
Kismis – ¼ cup
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sugar – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 5-6
Chaat masala – 1 tbsp
Method :
1)
In a pan take 1 tbsp oil, roast peanuts, roasted gram
dal, curry leaves and kismis adding them one by one as per the time needed to
roast them
2)
In another pan take 1 tbsp ghee and roast the
cornflakes for 15 mins on very sim flame till it becomes crispy
3)
Add the roasted peanut mixture to the cornflakes, add
salt, chaat masala and sugar and roast on sim flame for another 2-3 mins
