Ingredients :
Ajwain - 1 small cup
dry ginger - 1/2 cup
pepper - 1 tbsp
dhania seeds - 1 tbsp
dalchini - 1 tbsp
turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
ghee - 1/4 cup
Method :
1) Roast all the ingredients one after the other, make a powder
2) mix 1/2 cup of this powder in 1 cup of water and start boiling
3) when it reduces to half, add 1 cup of jaggery an d start cooking
4) add ghee and stir till it becomes thick
5) add lemon juice and switch off the gas
