Ingredients :
Zuchchini cut into thin strips – 5
Salt to taste
Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Dhania powder – 1 tsp
Jeera powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Method :
1)
In a pan take oil and splutter jeera
2)
Add turmeric powder and the veggies, salt, close and
cook
3)
Add dhaniya powder, chilli powder and jeera powder mix
well
4)
Serve with rotis
