Ingredients :
Cauliflower cut into flowerets – 1 and 1/2 cups
Cubed potatoes – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Dhania powder – 1 tsp
Kasuri methi – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Paste :
Onions – 2 small
Tomatoes – 2 medium
Ginger – 1 “
Garlic – 2 pods
Method :
1)
Soak the cauliflowers and potatoes in salted hot water
2)
In a pan take oil, splutter jeera
3)
Add the ground paste and sauté well till the water evaporates
4)
Add the dhania powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder,
salt and sauté till the oil oozes out
5)
Add the cauliflower and potatoes and little water,
close and cook till it is cooked
6)
Garnish with kasuri methi
