SHORTBREAD COOKIES

Ingredients :

Maida – 135 gms
Sugar – 40 gms
Butter – 100 gms
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Pinch of salt

Method :

1)     In a wide vessel beat butter sugar and vanilla essence
2)     Add the maida and make a dough
3)     Refrigerate it for an hour till it becomes stiff
4)     Roll it into a thick puri, cut into different shapes and bake for 10 mins in 180 degrees
