TIL POWDER

Ingredients :

White til soaked in water for 10 mins - 1 cup
red chillies - 6
urad dal - 2 tbsps
salt to taste
cooked rice - 2 cups
oil - 1 tbsp
ghee - 2 tbsps

Method :

Drain the til for 10 mins till all the water is drained
dry fry the til till it splutters and turns brown, keep aside for cooling
in a pan heat oil, add the red chillies and urad dal and roast till the dal becomes brown
when this cools, powder the roasted til, chillies and urad dal along with salt 

Note :

you can store this for a long time and mix with rice
