EGGLESS TUTTI FRUITY BISCUITS

Ingredients :

Maida – 200 gms
Powdered sugar – 150 gms
Ghee/vegetable ghee – 150 gms
Baking powder –  1 tsp
Soda – ½ tsp
Salt – a pinch
Pineapple essence – 1 and ½ tsp
Strawberry flavor custard powder – 50 gms
Milk powder – 15 gms
Water – as required to bind the dough
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Tutti fruity – 100 gms

Method :

1)     In a wide tray combine all dry ingredients and mix well
2)     In a pan add ghee and sugar and beat well with the manual egg beater
3)     Add the essence and the tutti fruity and mix well
4)     Add all the dry ingredients and mix well to form a dough (you do not necessarilty add water unless you are not able to roll it)
5)     Roll this dough into a thick rectangle or square, cut into squares
6)     Line them in a greased pan and bake for 15-20 mins in 180 degrees
