NAMAK PARE WITH WHEAT FLOUR

Ingredients :

Wheat flour – 4 cups
Suji – ½ cup
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves – ½ cup
Sour Buttermilk – ½ cup
Til – 1 tbsp
Crushed kasuri methi – 1tsp
Oil -  1tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Ginger chilli paste – 1 tbsp
Sugar – ½ tsp
Water for kneading
Oil for frying

Method :

1)     Mix all the ingredients except butter milk, water and oil for frying, mix wel
2)     Add the buttermilk and mix well
3)     Add little water and make a tight firm dough
4)     Rest it for 10 mins
5)     Make small balls and roll into a thin roti
6)     Cut it into diamond shapes
7)     Deep fry and serve hot with masala chai..
