This can be had as a vegetable with chapathi or with sambhar
rice. It is very easy and not much of cooking required
Ingredients :
Raw banana (the thick variety) – 2
Salt to taste
curry leaves - 4-5
Roast and Powder :
Urad dal – 4 tbsp
Red chillies – 4
Hing – 1 tsp
Ghee – 1 tsp
Method :
1)
Cut the raw banana into slabs and cook it with the skin
in water on an open flame (approx 10 mins to get cooked, the indication is the
skin would become black)
2)
Once cooled, remove the skin and grate the banana, keep
it aside in a wide vessel
3)
Add salt, the
spice powder, curry leaves and mix well
