Ingredients :
Fresh grated coconut – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Roast and make a powder :
Ghee – 1 tsp
Urad dal – 2 tbsp
Red chillies – 5
Hing – 1 tsp
Method :
1)
In a pan take 1 tsp ghee and roast urad dal, chillies
and hing and keep aside
2)
Make a powder once cooled
3)
In the same pan take 3 tbsp ghee and roast the coconut
till it becomes pink
4)
Put this along with the spice powder and grind it into
a coarse powder
5)
Mix this will rice and little ghee and serve it with
fried papads
