SWEET CORN SUNDAL

Ingredients :

Sweet corn (frozen or canned) – 1 tin
Salt to taste
Fresh grated coconut – 3 tbsp

green chillies - 4
grated ginger - 1"

For tempering :

Oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Hing – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 5-6

Method :

1)    In a pan take oil and splutter mustard seeds
2)    Crush green chillies and ginger in a mortar and add that
3)    Add the corn, salt, curry leaves, hing and mix well
4)    Garnish with grated coconut
