Ingredients :
Wheat flour – 1 cup
turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Coarsely Powdered oats – ¾ cup
Salt to taste
Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves – 4 tbsp
Water to bind the dough
Oil – 1 tbsp
Finely chopped onions (optional) – 1
Method :
1)
In a wide vessel mix both the flours
2)
Add salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and onions if adding
3)
Mix well, add water and make a firm tight dough
4)
Make thick parathas and sauté on both sides
