JEERA BISCUITS

Ingredients :

Wheat flour - 3/4 cup
maida - 1/4 cup
salt to taste
fresh pepper from the pepper mill - 1/2 tbsp
oil - 3 tbsp
baking soda - 1 pinch
jeera - 1 tbsp
sugar - 1/2 tsp
milk - as much is required to knead a dough

Method :

1) in a wide pan combine all ingredients
2) add milk as much as is required to make a stiff dough (the dough should not be sticky)
3) roll it into 2 mm roti and cut out shapes with a cookie cutter (i used the cover of a small box)
4) line it in a greased tray and bake it for 15-20 mins in 180 degrees
