Ingredients :
Left over rice - 1 cup
finely chopped onions - 1/4 cup
finely chopped green chillies - 5
finely chopped ginger - 1/2 tbsp
salt to taste
finely chopped coriander leaves - 3 tbsp
besan - 5 tbsp
Method :
1) in a wide pan take the rice and mash well
2) add the rest of the ingredients and mix well mashing it
3) drop spoonfuls into oil and deep fry
