HOME MADE CHOCOLATE ICECREAM

Ingredients :

Cocoa powder – ½ cup
White sugar – ½ cup
Brown sugar – ¼ cup
Milk – ½ cup
Whipping cream – 1 cup
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp

Method :

1)     In a wide bowl add the cocoa powder, white and brown sugar and vanilla essence, mix well
2)     Add the milk and mix well
3)     Add the whipping cream in a mixie and beat it for almost 5-7 mins till you you see it raised and well whipped
4)     Fold in the cream onto the milk mixture and blend well with a spatula
5)     Put the mixture in a box and deep freeze it for an hour
6)     Remove it and beat it will again in a mixie for 3 mins
7)     Put it back into the box and freeze it for 8 hours or overnight
