Ingredients :
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil – 1 tbsp
Water – as required
For the filling :
Green peas cooked and drained
Green chillies – 4-5
Grated ginger – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves
For tempering :
Oil – 1 tbsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Method :
1)
Take wheat flour in a wide vessel, add salt and make a
soft liable dough
2)
Smear oil and keep aside
3)
Put the drained peas in a chopper along with green
chillies and ginger and do a grrr
4)
In a pan take oil, splutter jeera and add the ground
peas
5)
Sauté it for 5 mins till water has evaporated
6)
Add garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves
7)
Take a ball of dough and manually with fingers make a
cup
8)
Add the filling, close it and roll it into a thick paratha
9)
Cook both sides, one side with oil and one side with
ghee.
10) Serve
hot with curd and pickle
