Ingredients :
dates - 12
milk - 2 cups + 1/4 cup
cashew nuts and kismis - 3 tbsp
ghee - 1 tbsp
Method :
1) soak dates in 1/4 cup warm milk
2) grind the dates with the milk to a fine paste
3) boil milk in a non stick pan till it reduces a bit
4) add the dates paste and boil for 3-4 mins
5) in a pan take ghee and saute the cashew nuts and kismis till it becomes light brown
6) garnish this on the kheer, serve chilled
