DAABE WALI DAAL

Ingredients :
 For pulses (soaked overnight in water)

Whole urad dal – 1 tbsp
Whole masoor dal – 1 tbsp
Lobia – 1 tbsp
Green mung dal – 1 tbsp
Rajma – 1 tbsp
Matki – 1 tbsp
Tur dal – 1 tbsp
Chana dal – 1 tbsp

Ghee – 3 tbsp
Chopped onions – 3
Chopped green chillies – 3-4
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Chopped tomatoes – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Butter – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves

Method :
1)     In a pressure cooker take oil splutter jeera, add turmeric powder
2)     Add the onions and sauté till they become brown
3)     Add ginger garlic paste, green chillies and sauté for 5 mins
4)     Add chopped tomatoes and sauté well till it become mushy
5)     Add garam masala, salt and the soaked pulses and mix well
6)     Cook for 5-6 whistles
7)     Add butter, lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves
