SPICY CORN CHEESE ON TOAST - 2

Ingredients :

Bread slices – as required

For the topping :
Grated mozzarella cheese – 1 cup
Canned corn – ½ cup finely chopped green chillies
Milk – ¼ cup
Salt to taste
Finely chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Method :

1)     In a pan mix all the ingredients for the topping and sauté it till it mushy and blended well. you can even micro it for 3-4 mins
2)     On the bread slices apply butter add the topping
3)     Bake in a preheated owen for 7-10 mins in 180 degrees or till melts
