Ingredients :
Small mini idlis - 15
oil - 1 tbsp
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
salt to taste
curry leaves - 6-7
peanuts - 1 tbsp
grated carrots - 2 tbsp
molgapodi or gun powder - 2 tbsp
urad dal - 1 tsp
Method :
1) In a pan take oil and splutter mustard seeds and urad dal
2) add peanuts and roast till light brown
3) add the gun powder, salt, curry leaves and saute
4) add the idlis and the grated carrots and mix well
