KURKURI BHINDI

Ingredients :

Lady's finger stalked and slip or cut into 1 inch pieces - 1/2 kg

for marination :
salt to taste
haldi powder - 1 tsp\
chilli powder - 1 tsp
garam masala - 1 tsp
lemon juice - 1 tsp
amchur powder - 1 tsp
kasuri methi - 1 tsp
yoghurt - 3 tbsp
hing - 2 tsps

For Coating :
besan - 1/2 cup
rice flour - 1/2 cup
red chilli powder - 1 tsp
salt 

Oil
mustard seeds - 1 tsp

Method :

1) mix all the ingredients for marination in a bowl
2) add the bhindi and mix well, keep aside for 1/2 hour
3) mix all the ingredients for coating in a wide vessel
4) coat all the bhindis in this and keep aside for 15-20 mins
5) in a pan heat oil and splutter mustard seeds.
6) add the coated bhindis and saute well till it becomes crispy in a sim flame
