Ingredients :
Sabudhana washed and soaked 1" above the pearls - 1 cup
green chillies chopped into half - 3
jeera - 1 tsp
ghee - 1 tbsp
oil - 1 tbsp
salt to taste
boiled potatoes cut into small cubes - 1/4
peanut roasted and powdered - 1/4 cup
Method :
1) In a pan take oil and ghee
2) splutter jeera and add the green chillies
3) add the potatoes and saute well, add salt
3) add the sabudhana and cook it till it becomes transculent in a very low flame
4) add peanut powder and mix well.
