WHEAT DOSA

Ingredients :

Wheat flour – 1 cup
Water – as required to make a thin dough
oats - 3 tbsp
Curry leaves pinched – 5-6
Salt to taste
Jeera – 1 tbsp

To temper :

Ghee – 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Hing – a pinch
Finely chopped green chillies – 4-5

Method :

1) In a wide pan, add wheat flour and oats
2) pinch jeera and curry leaves with your hand and add this, add salt
3) in a small pan, take ghee splutter mustard seeds, green chillies and hing
4) add this in the wheat flour mixture
5) add water and make a very thin mixture
6) make thin dosas out of this
7) serve hot with chutney of your choice
