EGGLESS BANANA CAKE

Ingredients :

Medium to large ripe bananas – 4
Brown sugar – ½ cup
Oil or butter – 2/3 cup
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Whole meal flour – 1 and ½ cups
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Baking soda – ½ tsp
Chopped walnuts – 10

Method :

1)     In a wide vessel mash the bananas with a fork to make sure that there are not many lumps
2)     Add sugar, butter or oil and vanilla essence, mix well
3)     Mix flour, baking powder, soda well
4)     Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture
5)     Add the walnuts and fold well
6)     Grease a bread tin and put the mixture, straighten it
7)     Bake in 180 degrees for 35-40 mins
