INSTANT TOMATO DOSA

Ingredients :

Plain dosa dough - 2 cups
salt to taste'

To grind :
oil - 1 tsp
Tomatoes - 2
jeera - 1 tsp
ginger - 1"
garlic (optional) - 1
coconut - 2 tbsp
red chillies - 2-3

Oil for dosa

Method :

1) in a pan take oil, splutter jeera and add tomatoes, saute well till mushy
2) grind this along with coconut, garlic (if adding), ginger, red chillies and little salt n chillies to a smooth paste without adding water (pls note that the dosa dough will already have water)
3) mix this paste to the dosa dough, add very less salt (as dosa dough already has salt in it) and mix well
4) Roll out the dosas and serve hot with chutney.

Note :
The dough may tend to stick to the pan, so do not spread the dosa hard.
Try to make the dosa a bit thick, it will be still be crispy..
